Fear Free Certified Care

We are very proud to be offering a Fear Free Approach to the patients under our care and this thought out and considerate approach starts from the time that you first make contact with us. For us to best understand your pet’s needs we will ask you some additional questions when you first register your pets with us. These questions may be a little more detailed than you’ve been used to. This vital information about your pets needs, however, gives us real insight into how we will approach our examinations with them. As a result, it will minimize any fear or anxiety that can so often be displayed during veterinary visits making for a happier pet, less stressed you and stronger bond between us and our patients.
